If so, come and join us Sept. 21-22 for our Cold-Case Christianity Conference with author and detective J. Warner Wallace at Lemont Calvary Church in Lemont, IL (Chicago West Suburb).

Our goal is to equip believers and engage skeptics using evidence, logic, & reason.

Sunday:

• 10:00am – Worship Service:  J. Warner Wallace will share his story and discuss the difference between Belief “That” and Belief “In”
• 2:00pm – Session 4: “The Cold Case Related to Genesis 1”

Here is a review I posted on Amazon for “Cold-Case Christianity” by J. Warner Wallace:

Cold-Case Christianity by J. Warner Wallace is a unique and fresh new take on Christian Apologetics. As an atheist turned Christian, he makes a case for the eyewitness reliability of the gospels and does it very well.

I’m a regular follower of J. Warner Wallace through his “Please Convince Me” podcast and have been for several years now. With that said, I was already very familiar with just about everything his book had to offer, but that did not detract from how captivated I was by this book. Each chapter starts out with a real life story from a past case as a homicide detective. Then he takes the principles and techniques used within that case and relate them to the examination of the New Testament in a very practical way.

This book, along with Norman Geisler and Frank Turek’s book “I Don’t Have Enough Faith To Be an Atheist”, are the first two apologetic books I recommend to Christians and Non-Christians alike. It’s great for the open minded atheist or agnostic as well as to encourage and strengthen the faith of the believer. It’s a great resource to give away or to have on your shelf. I hope to see many more books by J. Warner. Keep it up Jim!
